Christmas Delivery & Returns (UK)

Please order by below dates to receive delivery before Christmas:

Standard - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - 21 December 2016 by 3pm (Not Guaranteed)
Next Day - Royal Mail Special Delivery - 22  December 2016 3pm (Guaranteed)

Orders placed before Christmas can be returned up to 5 January 2017

Delivery Policy

All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you the next working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow 3/5 working days.  We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

UK delivery charge for all order values are free.  We can also send out orders using Special Delivery which is a next day service and will cost £7.00.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased, you can return them to us in its original condition within 14 days(you must include a copy of the original order) and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s). This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We will not refund items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed.

When returning items we recommend that you send your package via Royal Mail special delivery, in the event of the post office misplacing your garments, you are insured for a maximum of £500.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

*Free Delivery offer. UK Customers - Please note if an item is returned for refund delivery charge will be deducted from your total order. If an Item return for exchange £5.00 re-delivery charge apply for per item, only the initial delivery to UK are free.

 

Exchanges


If for any reason you want to exchange the item for a different size/colour or any products from our website of same value you can do it within 14 days. Please email us at sales@n22menswear.com so we can hold your desired item. You have to cover all the postage costs. We will not exchange items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and also the resending postage cost.
